Accountant

Accounts payable booking all the creditor invoices. Accounts receivable preparing and sending invoices to clients on instruction of the Finance ManagerProject Managers. Collections following up pro actively to ensure collection of outstanding receivables. Reporting assisting the Accounting Manager and working with the Controller on the month end closing process. To prepare reporting and submit the approved figures in the corporate reporting system. Bank accounts booking the bank statements. Trade Finance ensuring that the appropriate bank guarantees and documentary credits are arranged on instruction of the process managers, and following up on client guarantees and LCs to ensure timely cash collection. Fixed Assets keeping up to date administration of the companys fixed assets. Preparing all the monthly journal entries related to prepayments and accrued general expenses. Collecting and processing of project related hours of all personnel. Ad hoc assignments as requested by the Accounting Manager. Diverse responsibilities to ensure smooth and correct running of the office. Analyse any shortcomings in the company or designs or products etc, defining corrective and preventative action required, detailing the action to the relevant personal.
