Op basis van het eigen CRM systeem, onderhoud je de commerciële contacten met de contactpersonen op beslissersniveau van de bestaande medium businessklanten 50 250 medewerkers in de regio. Een segment met doorgaans langere beslislijnen. Want het gaat om investeringsgoederen. Dat vereist een kraakhelder zicht op de ontwikkelende klantbehoefte. Je begeleidt het traject nadat verkoop verhuur heeft plaatsgehad en hebt daarom een intensieve samenwerking met Customer Support. Je adviseert inzake het gehele productenpakket, waaronder hardware, ingrediënten, service, administratieve opties, financieringsconstructies etc., waar nodig met behulp van vakspecialisten. Rapporteert de klant mbt de ontwikkelingen conform SLAs. Je gesprekspartners zijn beslissers, veelal managers Inkoop Facilities.
