Je zal hierin werkzaam zijn in de rol van senior 2elijns ondersteuning. Je werkzaamheden zullen zijn Registreren van de dagelijkse werkvoorraad en onderverdeling onder collega's Up 2 date houden van de medewerkers Je bent de vraagbaak voor je collega's Schakelt met de 1ste lijn en biedt ondersteuning in de vorm van beantwoorden van vragen
