Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities Would be part of the technical helpdesk support to customers. Answers all technical questions regarding our products. Assists with testing defective products on the RMA department. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Requires a strong understanding of the product lines and ability to put this into practice on the phone. Contributes to product quality by reporting product improvement recommendations. Provides assistance for internal IT management. Additional duties may be assigned depending on departmental needs.
