ODP Trainee Operations Development Program

In Bergen op Zoom we have a position for an ODP Trainee Operations Development Program. The Challenge ODP Traineeship ODP members will have the opportunity to learn about state of the art methods of manufacturingoperations through structured course work and practical application. Coursework includes Project Management, Environmental Health Safety, Change Acceleration Process, Six Sigma, Presentation Skills, and LEAN Manufacturing Operations. Members are also certified in Six Sigma. ODP is designed to successfully integrate manufacturing with other key business processes. Possible job rotations may include Leading a manufacturing team in production Key engineering projects with significant financial impact Driving process improvements in our Chemical Compounding Operation units Improve quality and production of products through LEANcost reduction. This combined experience positions ODP members for accelerated career growth.
