Sabic is now hiring a Sales Development Specialist out of Scandinavia, division Performance. The Challenge Full commercial responsibility for performance consumer customers in Scandinavia including price and contract negotiations, RevenueCM responsibility, high margin business coordinate Logistic and Claim handling together with Customer Service, Manufacturing Sales Support Quality and TSE Responsible for the market and application development for key Performance segments Consumer industry not only for buying customer base Captives, Tier1 but also at existing and new customer base OEM’s Investigate and develop knowledge together with Product Market Managers and Technologists in new performance consumer growth areas for new customers and markets. Project work to specify Sabic IP products at Top OEM’s, closely work together also internally with European Global Top OEM Team including Product Market Managers and Technologists in order to assure accelerated project progress. Develop good relationship within all hierarchy levels at customers development, purchasing, production, management and within SABIC IP SDSTSE, PMM, Technology, GapT, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Segment leader, BU leader. Finding a good balance between strategic customer approach and short term goals and to be able to determine short medium long term goal at Top OEM’s and strategic accounts, resulting in a healthy target pipeline and STNC for a steady performance product growth in Germany as well as protecting existing business towards erosion and maintain profitability. Develop expertise on specific program and facilitate knowledge transfer to the performance team act as program champion Observations and good understanding of the competitive environment in Germany in the relevant product groups Data Documentation Responsibility for owned buying and specifying customer base Captives, Tier’1 and OEM’s and projects in CRM System Siebel. Has to update system on a regular base with regards to current sales data closed targets vs. sales tracking as well as customer contact information and open project data Leads, open targets... Support Marketing Communication Activities such as fare congress visits and active participations through booths or own presentations, work together with MaCom and Product Market Managers. Building awareness of our market expertise and generate new Leads Your Profile You are a qualified lawyer with 4 8 years of experience as an inihouse lawyer in a private equity or venture capital firm or in the corporateMA practice of an international law firm Your main background is corporate law, but you are familiar with the fundamentals of competition law, intellectual property law and tax law where specialist advice may be required. You have direct experience in venture capital transactions You are familiar with the regulatory framework of the venture capital industry You have a fluent command of English. Knowledge of one or more other languages is a plus.
