The Challenge Your role Owns the Assets within the Quad. Is responsible for optimizing the performance of the Assets in the most cost effective manner Owns the Asset Reliability, Asset Availability and Outage Management Work Processes in the Quad Drives the methodologies Criticality, RCA, RCM, PPM Identifies and communicates operating unit goals with respect to health, safety, and environmental concerns, unit operations, and technical opportunities Prioritizes and owns unit maintenance plan based on budget Develops maintenance planning based on priority and resource availability including preventive maintenance Your responsibilities Regarding to the OE processes responsible for all job related steps within the work processes Maintenance plans development and budget owner Responsible for identifying, planning and executing projects at SFS plant PE owner Actively work with operations and Quad to analyze and understand production needs and create asset opportunities to meet those needs Your Profile Qualifications The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of Critical thinker, motivated, driven and a team player. Capable of engage the team towards operationalmaintenance excellence Ability to identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement, provide support in the resolution of technical issues and champion EHS and Quality across the site Strategic maintenance vision developer planner with execution power We are looking for 10 years of working experience, preferably within a maintenance reliability environment Reliability Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree Proficiency in English and preferably Dutch Strategic thinker and strong believer in processes, focused on equipment and shop floor Further Information For more information about this role please contact Boudewijn de Heer, Recruiter at 31 0164 29 1191
